Use of the camera snake (forgive me if that's not the technical term) showed that both lines were crushed in some areas and completely impacted by tree roots in other places.They had a detailed quote to us that day. Unfortunately, one of the drain lines runs directly under where the new patio was about to be poured! :O The necessary drain repairs would result in a domino effect of delays for construction and landscaping which we were desperately trying to get wrapped up before the colder weather hit.
